1 Are you Manufacturer or trade company?
We are Manufacturer located in Shenzhen China. Specialized in printing and package about 2 decades,have more than 200 workers.
2 How to Make sure your printing quality is good ?
We are using High speed Germany Heidelberg 4+1 color Printing Machine. We will do profession maintenance every half a year and washing the Machines after each time printing.
3 How many Quality inspector you have ?
1) We have 5 production Line, Each production line have 1 QC, They will Check the Quality on the Production Line.
2) We have 2 Quality inspector in Warehouse, before the cargo leave our warehouse to Client, They will Random checks the Cargo.If found problem, they will reject the cargo send out.
4 What is your Quality Assurance Terms ?
1) We will send you the final designs in high reslution for your review and confirmation when you signed back the order confirmation sheet;
2) We will make samples for yor approval after artworks confirmed, we will follow the MCS (manufacturer confirmed sample) to start production;
3) Once bulk is not consitent to MCS, Customers can make complaints via Alibaba, and we will take our responsiblity to compensate the faults incurred.
5 Confidentiality principle
We promose to keep all Customers' design, logo, sample, and no right to disclosure or for business using.
