This is a triangle-shaped rigid box designed for brands that want something different from standard cartons — but still want real protection, a premium rigid feel, and child-resistant functionality.
You get two options in the same “triangle family”: an upright version for slim, tall devices, and a flat version for shorter formats like pods and 510 cartridges — so different customers can pick what fits their product best.
Triangle packaging looks simple, but it has a surprisingly “brandable” silhouette — it stands out on shelf and in photos without needing heavy graphics. And because this version is rigid cardboard inside and out, it feels solid in hand the moment someone picks it up.
The real win is the foam insert. It keeps the device from shifting, reduces impact risk during shipping, and makes the unboxing feel intentional — like the product has a “home” inside the box.
Lastly, we built two triangle formats for two different habits: the upright triangle is perfect when you want a tall, display-style presentation, while the flat triangle is better for compact products and easier stacking.
Both versions use the same logic: rigid outer box + rigid inner box + foam insert. The difference is the orientation and where the child-resistant mechanism is placed — which affects how it opens, how it displays, and what products it fits best.
