   This structure was designed for standard 510-thread CBD cartridges,    including commonly used formats such as CCell and AVD cartridges in 0.5g and 1g configurations.  

   The sliding drawer-style opening incorporates a push-button child-resistant mechanism.    To access the inner tray, the user must press the side button while pulling the drawer—    an action that supports child-resistant requirements while remaining intuitive for adult consumers.

Materials & Construction

   This child-resistant vape packaging structure is built using rigid paperboard materials    commonly applied in premium packaging:  

• 1000gsm greyboard for structural strength

• 157gsm printed paper wrap for branding and graphics

• Optional internal insert to support the CR button function

   The CR button is supported by a flexible insert component that provides elasticity during pressing.    This ensures consistent engagement of the locking mechanism and smooth drawer operation    over repeated use.
