   For pre-roll joints, we typically recommend no foam insert.    This avoids odor transfer concerns and keeps the interior clean and paper-based.  

Option B: Protective Insert (Recommended for Vape Cartridges)

   For 510 vape cartridges or vape accessories, an insert can help:    keep the cartridge stable, reduce impact during shipping, and improve the unboxing experience.    (Insert material can be customized based on protection needs and cost target.)

Q1: Can one tube work for both pre-rolls and vape cartridges?

   Yes. The tube structure can be sized for either product. For vape cartridges, we recommend adding a protective insert.    For pre-rolls, a fully paperboard interior is typically preferred.  

Q2: Is the CR function hard for adults to open?

   It’s designed to be child-resistant while still convenient for adults (press-button + lift motion).  

Q3: What’s the best finish for a premium brand look?

   Soft-touch matte with foil stamping is a common premium combination. Spot UV can also highlight your logo or key graphics.
