       Rigid cardboard provides better durability and helps protect pre-roll cones during transportation and storage. It also delivers a more solid hand feel and improved shelf presentation, making it suitable for premium pre-roll product lines.    

Flip-Top Design with Child-Resistant Option

       This flip-top structure can be designed with a child-resistant mechanism that requires a deliberate action to open, helping reduce unintended access.    

       The opening experience remains familiar and convenient for adult users while supporting compliance needs in regulated markets.    

Customization for Pre-Roll Formats

       This cigarette style pre-roll packaging can be customized for different cone sizes, including mini pre-rolls and king-size pre-roll joints.    

       It is commonly used for multi-pack formats such as 5-pack, 7-pack, or 10-pack pre-rolls. Paper inserts can be added to separate each joint if required, helping reduce movement during handling and transportation.    

       Due to the more complex structure and additional assembly requirements, rigid cigarette box style packaging generally costs more than standard sliding pre-roll packaging.
