1.Packaging and shipping?

A.Packaging: standard safe and strong export cartons or according to custom requirement

B.Shipping: 

(1)By express, fast(3-5 days) but expensive, usually for small or urgent order (FedEx, DHL, UPS.... )

(2)By air, cheap but long time(9-12 days), usually for big quantity

2.How to get a sample?

A.Sample lead time: about 5-7 days after artwork confirmation

B.Sample fee

(1)Samples without printing-$20 ( before placing order )

(2)Sample with printings-$150(before placing order ) 

After you place an order we will refund you the sample fee

(3)Sample with printings-$0( after the order and deposit)

(4)Sample freight is paid by customer

3.How about shipping cost?

Shipping fee is decided by total weight, the shipping fee will be less if you want us to send goods to your Chinese shipping agent. We need to talk deeper if you want us to arrange shipping :)
