Can I get some sample before place order and how long for a sample?
Yes, digital proof sample are always free. We just charge for a flat shipping fee. Delivery time about 3 days. And if you require for customized products, an extra fee($150) may apply, with about a week of production time.
What is your payment terms?
100% payment in advance for small order; for large order, 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. We accept Alibaba trade assurance order, T/T.
What is the MOQ for tin order?
Due to mass printing and production set up, minimum order quantity is roughly 2000pcs. If you have many design, we can do 1000pcs per design.
Is it possible to get some discount ?
The price can be more favorable for clients who place repeated orders and large orders.
