How do you print on the tins? Is it screened or offset printed?
Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Print is done on large metals first, then slitting into smaller piece for stamping and formation. Offset Printing, Pantone Printing, White Lacquer, White Printing be used according to your requirement.
Can I use your existing mould for free? If I have to customize new mould and sample, can the cost be returned?
Yes, our existing mould can be provide for you by free, except some special mould which belongs to our current customer. For the new mould and sample cost, if the accumulated order quantity reach to 100K, it can be refunded.
