A: Tinplate is a steel plate coated with a fine layer of tin for protective purpose.Both coating and lacquer are food grade,which pass FDA food stuff test.Printed tins are high quality safe package for food items such as cookies, candies, chocolates, etc.
Q: How do you print on the tin box? Is it silk screened or offset printed?
A: Metal decoration is an offset printing process utilizing CMYK colors. Printing is done on large metal sheet first, then slitting into smaller piece for punching and formation.
Q: How to receive a sample?
A: Our product catalogues and samples are free for you. Please note that it is our policy the receiver pays for the courier service. If it is convenient for your company, please offer us your company name, detailed address, zip code, telephone number, courier collect account number (FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc.). We will do our best to help you.
Q: What kind of format of design artwork is workable?
A: Artwork designed using most popular software is acceptable. CorelDraw and Adobe Illustrator preferred. Freehand, Photoshop, etc. are also welcome.
Q: Do you develop new moulds by yourselves?
A: Most of all new moulds are produced by our own technical department, keep the fast processing time and low cost.
Q: What's your lead time?
A: Normally around 7-9 days after receiving deposit and approval of sample.
