1. Please provide the dimensions of your pre-roll and let me know how many joint you want to put into the box, then we will send the template for your design.
2. Send us your design file in AI format & PDF file (make sure it is expanded)
3. We will make the digit proof samples for you and send video for your reference or send it to you.
4. Send the invoice after the sample is confirmed.
5. Start mass production after payment.
6. Arrange the shipping.
7. Send you the tracking number.
Q: When can i get the boxes after payment made?
7-9 working days for bulk orderafter the sample is confirmed.
Q: Can I have the boxes shipped by our forwarder or ups?
Sure, we will send you the address for picking up the boxes
Q: Can I make the payment by credit card?
