5.Model making: We can produce models according to your own design.
6.Quality gurantee: We have 1:1 replacement for the defective ones.

Q1: What is your minimum order quantity?
Since all our products are 100% customized ,100% custom paper tubes have 500 pcs suggested minimum order quantity. We have done smaller orders, but we find they’re not very cost effective at lower runs. Let us know what you’re thinking and we can guide you in the right direction.
Q2: what is the turnaround time?
100% custom paper tubes take 4-6 weeks to produce. Once the order is placed, we first make a pre-production sample for your approval. This process takes 2 weeks,one week for make sample,the other week for delivery and approval,Once the sample is approved, mass production time is 4-6 weeks. Shipping time depends on your location and shipping method. These time estimates may vary based on seasonality and any artwork/spec changes. Let us know if you have a specific delivery date and we will do our best to accommodate.
Q3:What is the process to order custom tubes?
Let us know the exact tube dimensions, quantity, and the type of customization you need and we will send you a price quote. We will also send you a design template so you can lay out your artwork. Once the final artwork is submitted and the order is placed, we will make a pre-production sample for your approval. This process takes 10-14 business days. When the sample is approved, mass production and shipping take about 6-8 weeks.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check quality?
There are two ways for you to get sample as below
-we can send our existing sample for quality reference with free cost
-you could request customized sample,which the sample cost is Around USD30~100,all sample cost would be refund once order amount is added up to USD$5000
Q5: What information should i provide for getting a quotation?
1)The material (If you don’t know please ask us for advice)
2) The size of the product (Length*diameter)
3) The printing colors( Pantone or CMYK)
4) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q6:Can I split my order into Multiple Skus or Artwork variations?
We can split your total order quantity into various artwork versions. In fact, this is something we do on a regular basis for all types of products – teas, candles, bath bombs, skincare and others. Minimum quantity per SKU for custom tubes is 1000 pcs.
Q7:What are the Payment terms?
All custom tubes require 50% deposit with balance paid before shipping.
Q8:If I order a second run or additional products,Can i get a discount on my subsequent Orders?
We are very proud of our work and of our relationships with our customers. Pricing is based on tube size, order quantity, and the type of customization. With that said, we work with all reasonable budgets and offer discounts on a case-by-case basis for repeat volume purchases.
