This cartridge cardboard tube has been CR certified according to US 16 CFR 1700.20 child-resistance standards. This CR paperboard cylinder comes with a locking button on its top. Inside the top cover comes a foam. A hole is cut based on the diameter of your cartridge. Your oil cartridge stands on the foam hole.
