Q1.What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
(1)The box patten.
(2)The size of the production(Length*Width*Height ).
(3)The material and the surface handling.
(4)The printing colors.
(5)If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample willbe best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q2.When we creat the artwork,what kind of format is available for printing?
(1) The popular ones: PDF, AI.
(2) Bleed size: 3-5mm.
(3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better.
Q3.Can I get a sample before mass production?
Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation.The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q4.How do you control the quality?
We will make samples before bulk production, and after sample approved,we will begin bulk production. Doing 100% inspection during production and random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.
